The Ubiquiti UniFi U7 Long-Range is a specialized WiFi 7 access point engineered to provide exceptional wireless coverage across larger indoor areas. Leveraging the latest 802.11be standard with 5 spatial streams, this access point features a unique 3×3 DL/UL MU-MIMO configuration on the 5 GHz band combined with high-gain antennas (6 dBi on 5 GHz, 4 dBi on 2.4 GHz) to deliver extended range coverage of approximately 160 m² while maintaining high-speed performance up to 4.3 Gbps.

Designed with a compact form factor and premium polycarbonate and aluminum alloy construction, the U7 Long-Range includes a plastic mounting plate for easy ceiling or wall installation. It operates efficiently with standard PoE power and features a 2.5 GbE uplink port to ensure sufficient bandwidth for high-density deployments supporting 300+ simultaneous clients. The access point maintains reliable operation in temperatures from -30° to 50° C, making it suitable for various indoor environments.

As part of the UniFi ecosystem, the U7 Long-Range offers comprehensive enterprise features including wireless meshing, band steering, fast roaming (802.11k/v/r), and advanced guest management with customizable captive portal options. Managed through UniFi Network version 9.1.120 or later, it provides network administrators with granular control over radio resources, client policies, and security settings.
